The company records 200 employees, including 80 in Israel, due to the company’s movement to implement more artificial intelligence -based technologies in the user review product for e -commerce sites. YOOTPO will sell sections established before the ChatGPT era, including e -mail marketing and customer correspondence products, and will remain with two main producers – customer club activities and user review management on e -commerce sites.

This is about a third of the company’s workforce, which is located in offices in New York, various European countries and Hamasger Street in Tel Aviv. YOTPO’s main product deals with customer review management.
But through the implementation of artificial intelligence, the company plans to allow e -commerce sites to summarize the total number of reviews from all customers for each product and provide them for a short period for the user, and in the field of customer club management, YOOTPO will allow the creation of recommendations for consumers. After a small acquisition of the AI (Ko.AI) team, YOTPO is carrying out large linguistic models and integrating them with artificial intelligence tools as part of a product they provide for retail sites.
