The talent platform has already collected with global brands such as Louis Vuitton, Virgin Group, and Whsmit 3.65 million pounds of seed financing to expand its resolution for employment for the next generation.
London -based Vizzy, which launched its marketing platform in 2023, aims to fix the coordination of the traditional CV that has been unchanged for decades. The investment round was led by ADJUVO, with the participation of a number of high -value family and family offices.
Vizzy is described as “biography disrupting”, allowing candidates to create a visually dedicated and attractive digital profiles that highlight their potential, emotions and aspirations-with an alternative to the CV consisting of one page and the cover message that often fails to capture the individual.
The first Vizzy customer was BRITISH FASHION HOUSE Burberry, who used the tool to improve the university recruitment program. Since then, the platform has gained strength with major brands including Pizzaexpress, Whmsmith, Virgin Group and Louis Vuitton. Employers praised the platform for providing more efficiency, strongest participation, and reaching a group of more diverse talents.
“I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved at this short time. Only the full product launch was a bonus to see that some of the world’s most famous employers will now lead to re -customization. Quickly to meet the growing global demand,” said Chris Woodward Jones, CEO and co -founder of Vizzy.
“In Adjuvo, we support transformational technologies, and Vizzy is an ideal example. The CV of digital citizens has been invented-far from the constant CV in the past and enable their job seekers to tell their stories more authentic.
Thanks to a huge opportunity in the market and a prominent foundation team, we are happy to support the next stage of growth in Vizzy. “
Employers were quick to support the effect of Vizzy’s approach.
Sarah Locke, an employment at Virgin Group, commented: “In Virgin, we love to challenge the base – the new Vizzy approach and pretending to employ is exactly the type of innovation we are looking for.”
“Vizzy has made great gains in efficiency. By allowing talent to display their capabilities in a more richer and more personal coordination, we are now attracting highly influential skills candidates without any cradle.
Vizzy founders believe that the transformation of the outdated recruitment methods has long been late. As artificial intelligence now enables candidates to apply for dozens of jobs at one time, employment teams face increasing difficulty in discovering real participation and distinguished capabilities.
By providing humanitarian applications and enabling young people to represent themselves beyond lead points, Vizzy hopes to update employment in their roots – which distinguishes advantages for both employers and job seekers alike.
