Main notes
- Ethereum co -founder revealed a new path to maintain the privacy of the network.
- The road map, which has been released, focuses on four main areas adjacent to fixing a full chain.
- The released road map can be implemented without basic changes on Mainnet.
Ethereum co -founder Vitalik Buterin has suggested a detailed plan to improve the user’s privacy on Blockchain without changing its basic structure. The road map was shared on April 11 through the ethereum magicians forum. This comes as one of the latest direct proposals from the ETHEREUM innovator to enhance the total functions of the series.
Vitalik Buterin Road Map for ETHEREUM Privacy

He stated that the plan will focus on four main areas. They include private Onchain payments, concealment of limited identity in decentralized applications, private data readings, and network level protection.
Currently, the general ETHEREUM design allows anyone to track the well -known address activity. As he indicated, one portfolio can reveal the full transaction record for the user, the application they use, and those who interact with him. Borin stressed that although this openness supports confidence and safety, it offers a lot of personal data.
However, the co -founder of Ethereum recommends that portfolios like Metamask and Rabby adopt compact privacy tools like Railgun and Privacy Pools to fix this. According to him, this can give users a distinct balance and special transportation options.
Likewise, a major part of the road map uses different addresses for each application instead of relying on one in all activities. Vitalik Buterin admits that this comes with some discomfort, but it is the most effective way to cancel the user’s procedures via different platforms.
He added that the transfer of ETHEREUM and other symbols between the user’s portfolios should also be specially special, which supports the design of AdDress-CER-APP.
However, the Borin Road map has been organized to avoid changes to the basic ETHEREUM protocol. Instead, he wants to adopt the portfolios and developers of these features as part of the regular user experience.
He calls for immediate action on Ethereum privacy
As shown in the plan, Burin also discussed ways for users to protect their data from exposure to the network. He suggested that the governor revolve between many RPC contracts and path requests through mixed certificates, privacy tools that block the sender and descriptive data of the recipient, such as VPN.
Starting from reliable implementation environments (TEES) for short -term encryption privacy. After that, there may be a shift to retrieving special information (PIR) to protect stronger.
To reduce the costs of the user, Borin wants to assembling the proof collection, which is a method in which many transactions subscribe to one guide on ONCHIN. This helps to maintain privacy without becoming very expensive for ordinary users.
Also encouraged to adopt new standards such as Focil (forced inclusion lists for a fork selection) and EIP-7701. These innovations enable privacy protocols to work without relying on central postings.
Vitalik Buterin urged the developers and creators of the portfolio to behave now instead of waiting for the main protocol changes. The following upgrade will be launched for ETHEREUM, Pectra, on May 7 and submitting the original account.
As was previously noticed by Coinspeaker, the Pectra upgrade has recently reached the Holesky Testnet after overcoming the previous disorders. However, the co -founder of Ethereum stressed that the privacy map is not dependent on it.
