US President Donald Trump presented a 21 -point peace plan for the end of the Israel war in Gaza and the return of all hostages from families. Speaking at the White House press conference, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu seemed to accept the plan, while Trump said that after talks with Arab and Muslim leaders, evidence was that Hamas would also accept the plan.
The dramatic items in the Trump peace plan include the return of all the living hostages and the bodies of those who died, within 72 hours of the signing of the agreement, and that Gaza will be managed by a temporary administration to establish it by a technocratic committee of the Palestinians and international numbers, which is supervised by the International Peace Council headed by Trump, including former Minister of Tony.
If the plan is accepted and implemented, the war will end immediately and all military measures in the Gaza Strip will be suspended. The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) will withdraw to a line with which it is communicated in order to prepare for the hostage, and within 72 hours of the announcement of Israel to accept the agreement, all hostages – alive and death – will be returned.
In exchange for the release of all hostages, Israel will release 250 Palestinian prisoners who spend life sentences and 1700 other prisoners from Gaza have been detained since October 7, 2023, including women and children. In addition, for every Israeli hostage issued, Israel will transport the bodies of 15 Palestinians to Gaza.
Trump’s plan also states that any terrorist in Hamas receives his weapons and adheres to coexistence will be granted amnesty, while terrorists will be granted in various terrorist organizations who choose to leave Gaza safely to other countries. It has also been emphasized that there will be no forced trips and Ghazan will be encouraged to stay in order to build “Gaza is better.”
At the same time, Trump’s plan confirms that all the Hamas military infrastructure – tunnels, arms factories and terrorist infrastructure – will not be destroyed. The demobilization process will be implemented under the supervision of independent observers, with the internationally funded weapons rehabilitation program and rehabilitation plans
Upon signing the agreement, extensive humanitarian aid will immediately flow to the Gaza Strip, including the rehabilitation of water, electricity, and sanitation infrastructure, the rehabilitation of hospitals and bakeries, and the introduction of heavy equipment to purify the roads and open roads. Aid will be distributed through the United Nations, red and other international bodies, without interference from both sides. The Welfare crossing between Gaza and Egypt will be opened in both directions, according to the mechanism stipulated in the agreement in January 2025.
Another item refers to the Civil Administration in Gaza, which will be transferred to a Palestinian Technocratic Committee, which will consist of local professionals and international experts. The committee will work under the supervision of the “Peace Council” – a new international body headed by Trump, and with the support of other leaders, including Blair. This body will determine the framework of reconstruction and financing management until the Palestinian Authority will complete the reforms of the Trump plan from 2020 – and it can return to full control of Gaza.
The plan includes the establishment of a free trade zone and an economic plan led by a team of experts who have developed prosperous cities in the Middle East. Its goal is to attract investment, create job opportunities, and provide hope for the future. At the same time, an international confirmation force will be created for cooperation with Israel and Egypt, which will train the Palestinian police forces and secure the border to prevent arms smuggling.
According to the US President’s plan, the Israeli Defense Army will gradually withdraw according to the agreed highlights, and will not annex Gaza. Besides, a conversation between religions will be launched to change novels and instill the values of coexistence, and in the long run – if the reforms are completed in the Palestinian Authority – it may open a reliable path to self -determination and the state of the Palestinian.
