The Government Is Not Your Friend

Yesterday’s ruling on the Roman storm on the conspiracy charges to operate an unlicensed money company is absolutely crazy.

Fincen, the organizer responsible for a license, monitoring and enforcing procedures related to criminal activity in the transfer of the money itself EXPlicity stated that fixed tools that facilitate the transfer of value using encrypted currencies are not money transmission devices and are not subject to relevant regulations.

So, how did we get here? Eight months after the election of a president describing himself as defending the Bitcoin coin and encrypted currencies, after the Ministry of Justice itself explicitly stated that they will not engage in an organization through the prosecution, or the trial of mixing services, how was the Roman storm condemned?

There is nothing to describe this position except for unlimited pure madness. incoherence. Hypocrisy and contradiction. There is a lesson here, though, I think it is time for more people in this field.

The government’s word has no value. This does not mean anything.

They will continue to take strict measures against privacy, and they will continue to pay KYC monitoring through things like ACT Genius and through the back door, and their application to stablecoins only (at the present time). They will continue to deal with the desire for privacy as evidence of the criminal intention. They will do all these things while talking about the other side of their mouth about supporting Bitcoin and “the importance of self -custody”.

This is what the government does. This is what politicians do. It is rooted in their nature.

We need to stop treating these people as our friends. We need to stop pretending and lying to ourselves that they can gain them and become strong allies to pay the values and tools that we want to see in the world. They are not our friends. They will not become allies, sharing a common issue with us. They are our enemies.

It is time to stop demonstrating. These people should be treated as hostile, and they deal with them in this way.

We need to stop pleading with them for sentences and passengers in bills. We need to transfer them to the court. We need to stop kissing their ass and disturbing their vanity and the idea of the general personality. We need to summon them as people who lived both sides.

If there is any legitimacy at all for the legal institutions of the United States government, we will not need new laws, and we do not need the permission of these people – we have the constitution. Remember them in court.

So, at the end of all of this, this system is so corrupt and hypocrisy that it ignores the constitutional rights of Americans (and non -Americans), then we need to ignore them. Civil disobedience is the last mechanism that the government must bear on the basic restrictions that have been built on violence. It is time to use it.
