
Israeli technology company Perion network (NASDAQ: PERI; Tase: Today) today has announced Greenbids, an AI platform that creates dedicated algorithms to improve the campaign level via garden platforms like YouTube, Facebook and Instagram, as well as DSPS driving such as Google DV360 and Trade Office. The acquisition is up to $ 65 million, and it consists of 27.5 million dollars paid at the closure, a two -year cash gain of $ 22.5 million, and the employees retained three years with a value of $ 15 million in cash and property rights.
