Upon completion, approximately 135 CRUSOE employees will join NYDIG and continue to operate the work under its ownership. It is not expected not to get rid of jobs as a result of acquisition. CRUSOE mining has published more than 425 unit data centers, representing more than 250 megawatts of power through multiple states, including Colorado, North Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, New Mexico, Utas, Texas, and internationally in Arginina. According to the company, its DFM technology has reduced 2.7 million metric tons of greenhouse gas emissions and prevented nearly 22 billion cubic feet of natural gas.
