Nakash brothers Ampa Group files for huge TASE IPO

The AmPA group, which is controlled by Nakash Brothers (49 %) and Chalome Vogel (25 %), has published a general bulletin for one of the largest subscriptions on the Tel Aviv Exchange in recent years. Other shareholders in the company are Yehoshua Wolf, Naftali Tzeder and Avi Hormaro. The supply supply size has not yet been published, but the market sources believe that the ampa group will try to collect 700-800 million New by evaluating the company from 3-3.5 billion NIS.

Most of the activities of the ampa group in the income producing real estate including Tower Electra in Tel Aviv overlook on Ayalon Highway. Property has been built over the years on the land owned by Ampa and AMCOR, two historical Israel companies. AmPA also has a stake in the WEWORK ISRAEL offices as well as COMPLEXCO, Carmel and Ampa Capital, led by former Yuval Gavish.

In 2024, the total revenue of the AMPA group reached 707 million NA, a 15 % decrease from 829.7 million in 2023, mainly due to the decrease in apartment sales. However, the operational group profit increased by 25 % to 414 million NIS, due to an ascending reassessment of the ampa assets. The net profit in 2024 increased by 43 % to 140 million NIS.

The release bulletin reveals the generous rewards of the company’s senior executives. Zohar Levi 3.9 million NIS received “modest” in 2024, while the Chairman of the Board of Directors received 7.87 million New. Wolf, which has a 11.25 % stake in the company 7.93 million New, was paid, and also received Tzeder, which also holds a 11.25 % stake, 7.82 million New. Hermaro, who owns a 2 % stake and holds the position of Chairman of the Ampa Real Estate Board of Directors, was paid 7.86 million New year – in other words, these five executives received 35.4 million New five.
