Today, the Central Provincial Court approved the request of Landa Digital Printing, which was founded by the entrepreneur, the series Beni Landa, for two months of procedures.
During this period, which started submitting the application and will end at the end of August, the company’s creditors will not be able to sue it, and Landa will be able to find a possible buyer and collect debt settlement. The court appointed CPA Shlomi Filiba and ADV. Sigagne Rosen Retshev as officials in the company.
Landa Digital Printing, which submitted a request to establish procedures through ADV. David Han, ADV. Harun Michaili, and ADV. Yehuda Rosenthal from Goldfarb Gross Seligman, has 1.7 billion NIS debts arising from loans from investors and buying raw materials. A total of $ 1.3 billion in European investors, including German companies, has collected SKIONA and Altana, the Investment Fund in Singapore, and strong entities financially under family ownership, which decided not to continue to support the company, due to the war in the Gaza tape.
According to the company’s application to protect from its creditors, the debt of 1.7 billion NIS is entirely for guaranteed creditors, and creditors defend 900 million NIS of total support.
