Los Angeles Sharif, the Los Angeles Sharif, acknowledged the use of their law enforcement authorities to help their private security agents, including a coding prison, a document called “The Godfather”.
David Anthony Rodriguez made a deal to acknowledge guilty on one charge of conspiracy against rights, while Christopher Michael Kadman made a deal to recognize conspiracy against rights and participate in the wrong tax declaration, Ministry of Justice He said on monday.
The Ministry of Justice said that the deputies “used their law enforcement sites while working as a special security for their customers out of service”, including Adam Isa, who has managed the encryption trading platform also known as Ahmed Fayk and “The Godfather”.
Iza acknowledged that he was guilty of conspiracy against rights, fraud in wires and tax evasion in January after the prosecutors said he paid three deputies in LASD – including Rodriguez and Kadam – to provide illegally inspection orders and access to police data to extort at least one victim of encryption.
Kadmman helped threaten the victim, which was held under the threat of weapons
Prosecutors said that Kadmman and another deputy, are referred to only as “Deputy LASD 6”, “Khweif and threatened a victim who was one of the Iza opponents” in August 2021.
“LASD 6, the victim, was held at the threat of weapons during a meeting at the IZA office inside the BEL AIR Palace. Immediately, the victim transferred nearly $ 25,000 from his bank account to the IZA bank account in response to the threat and demand.”
Later, in September 2021, Kadmman and other law enforcement officers stopped traffic and arrested the same victim. He admitted to help “organize traffic stop and arrest on behalf of Iza.”
He also failed to report at least $ 40,500 of income on the 2021 tax declaration.
The Ministry of Justice said that Kadmman may face up to 13 years in prison and will appear in the Federal Court “in the coming days.”
Rodriguez used search orders to find the victim
Prosecutors said that Iza had rented Rodriguez, but the former policeman confessed to an agreement to lying to the judge to obtain an inspection note in July 2022 for a customer other than Iza, who rented him as a special security.
He claimed that the matter was linked to the investigation of theft when he was actually obtaining the GPS site for the victim’s phone phone.
Rodriguez shared the site with Eric Chase Savidra, the LASD deputy also rented by Iza, who admitted to be guilty in February to conspire against rights and make false tax declaration.
The Ministry of Justice said: “LASD deputies and other conspirators will use the information obtained from an inspection order that was licensed from the court for harassment, threat and intimidation of the victim.”
Rodriguez had to be sentenced on November 10 and faced a 10 -year prison sentence.
Savedra is free on a $ 50,000 bond and faces up to 13 years in prison. The Ministry of Justice said it is expected to be sentenced to “in the coming months.”
Iza invited the police officers “Padad”
Iza had boasted by paying up to $ 280,000 per month for deputies, which was called “Baydah”, according to the FBI agreement submitted in the Los Angeles Federal Court in September.

In another incident, the FBI said Iza used police information to try to force one of the victims whose name was not revealed to deliver a laptop used to store encryption, who received intimidation messages showing his information in a police database alongside his family and his car.
Iris Ramia, the African Union, agreed to Iza, Iris Ramia, the African Union, to acknowledge guilt to give false tax declaration “for her failure to report more than $ 2.6 million of the illegal gains she obtained through her criminal boyfriend’s criminal activities,” said the Ministry of Justice in March.

The African Union has created Shell companies, opened bank accounts for companies in the direction of IZA, then used illegal money to pay about a million dollars to LASD deputies and buy or rent luxury real estate, cars, jewelry and clothing.
Iza’s lawyer, Joseph Sadat, told Cointelegraph in September, before Iza admitted that he was guilty, that the charges are “the opposite of his true internal personality”, that he “did not develop many healthy relationships” because of the spending of “the majority of his life behind a computer.”
Sadat said that the money that Iza gained from his encryption platform attracted “the worst type of bloodshed that is providing southern California.”
The referee’s hearing in Iza is scheduled to be held on December 15. He faces prison for up to 35 years.
