Intel CEO rejects calls to reconsider Israel activity

The rejection of the proposal is seen as a clear indication that Intel does not intend to reopen the issue of operations in Israel at this stage, despite the pressure from some investors.

At the same meeting, the shareholders agreed to renew the program to allocate the shares of employees, with the aim of employing employees and maintaining them by competing companies, in addition to the compensation package for the new executive, which includes the share reward of $ 42 million, according to the work objectives.

The Intel Administration indicated that it does not plan to change the strategic action plan, which focuses on restoring the company’s location in the chips market, which leads to the field of artificial intelligence and improving the efficiency of management.
