“We have proven that flexibility was not only useful – it was necessary,” he says.

Every year, Medge sets a long-term goal for revenue-what he calls “a big goal, poetry and bold. But the real work, as he says, is to determine who is betting on.
“I spend more time thinking about people than numbers,” he shares. “Every quarter, I ask: Who is ready for the next level? Who was offering signs of driving?”
He believes in guidance from behind – allowing his team to lead while supporting them with a vision, structure and faith.

“Some of our leaders have never thought that they manage anything,” says Meadge. “Now they direct others, open offices, and build their own teams.”
