Fiverr leases space on Wix campus

The iconic building of Fiverer on Kaplan Street was a base for the technical protest against judicial reform, as it is located at a strategic point near Kaplan and the streets begin. Fiverer founder and CEO of Fiver Micha Kaufman is one of the protest leaders and during the demonstrations on Saturday nights, he usually distributes water to passers -by from offices.

The company’s rental contract for Kaplan Street offices expires in about 18 months, and Fiverer seeks a larger office space that can accommodate future expansion. Market sources say that Fiverr was unable to find its own building, and thus signed a contract with WIX to rent a little more area of ​​about 4,500 square meters, with an option to expand. It also mentioned “Globes” about two years ago, planning WIX to rent about 7,000 square meters of its office space in Glilot.

The amount of the deal has not been reported, but the market sources believe that WIX pays about 120 NIS per square meter per month, before property taxes and management fees.

The WIX campus covers the Glilot, to which the company moved in October 2022, 60,000 square meters. The developer is Israel, Canada, which has signed a 10 -year rental contract with Wix. In the future, a station will be selected on the green railway light line by campus.
