The Fifth Fund of Group 11, which is the investment company in serial entrepreneurs, Dove Francis, one of the stars of sharks – presented the Israeli TV version of Shark Tank – a report on the shrinkage of funds under management and performance. Nevertheless, the total obligations increased and doubled them almost, due to the costs of the management company from $ 4.9 million to $ 8.8 million, while the revenues of sales and subscriptions were almost zero. Management fees – did not change and amounted to $ 3.72 million, up from $ 3.5 million last year.

The Fifth Fifth of Group 11 was raised at the height of the noise during the Covid Technology bubble in November 2021. At that time, in order to meet the capital market and institutional investors, Francis decided to make the fund more transparent and submit quarterly reports. The company is now providing annual reports only, which is a practice made by Francis with the sixth fund it gathered a year later, which continues to invest in startups.

According to the book Pitchbook on Fenture Capital Fund, the Fifth Fund of the Group collected 11 197 million dollars, now, as it was reported today, only 191.7 million dollars. The asset evaluation stems from the individual evaluation of each company – so far the fund has not produced great successes, except for Sunbit, which is considered a rhinoceros, and Leila, a growth company. However, it is still too early to determine – investment capital money is studying success after a period of seven years, and according to estimates, most of the money collected in 2021 has not yet appeared returning, because after a few months, in May 2022, the crisis in the technology industry, Valencit, Lily and Sanbit, erupted. Among its institutional investors: Hashchara Insurance, Harel, Menora Mivtachim, Migdal, MOR, New MIVTACHIM, and True Capital Management.
