How was it properly done roofing for the first time in the beginning?
In 2019 we started in BridgeView, Illinois, and we are now working from 4721 S. Cicero Ave, Chicago, IL 60632. At that time, we saw a market gap. A lot of roofing functions have been transferred, and customers are often left waiting. We wanted to create a company dealing with people with respect. Helping people to solve their roofing problems is why we started this company.
What is your vision in those early days?
It was very simple. It appears when we say that we will rise, and put the customer first. This seems essential, but in construction, adherence to dates and honesty is often the most lost. We have built us by doing small things properly.
What types of projects did you take for the first time?
Initially, we dealt with most residential jobs – small repairs, alternatives, and maintenance. Then I slept on commercial projects. Over time, we have become skilled in a wide range of systems: logical imperials, tiles, rubber, foam, flame down, and corrugated metals. Each roof tells a different story, and we had to learn to read it.
What do you think makes your company different?
Our difference is that we are consistent. We appear when we say we will do. We provide what we prepare. Customers often tell us that this is the reason they return to us after years. The roofing is not only related to fixing the leaks. It is about confidence.
How important technology is in your work?
Technology is useful, but it is not the complete picture. New materials and tools are valuable, but handicrafts that make the ceiling last. We always balance the two. For this reason we can handle energy -saving green surfaces as well as traditional systems.
What are the values that direct your work today?
Commitment to appointments, honesty and respect. We believe in building relationships based on mutual trust. This means to be introductory, available, and listen. When you are on the roof of someone, you protect his home or business. It is worth care.
How has the industry changed since it started?
The weather cannot be predicted now. Storms look stronger, and damage occurs faster. This has made more pressure on homeowners to keep pace with maintenance. It also made the bishop more important than ever. People cannot bear the waiting until the problems increase.
What advice do you give to a person who owns a house or a job?
Do not ignore your ceiling. Check it twice a year, wipe your guests, and quickly replace the damaged shouts. These simple steps prevent expensive damage at a later time. You don’t always need a new roof – sometimes you just need to take care of the roof that you already have.
What role does the customer’s confidence play in your success?
